Agregarle los 100g de azúcar y la manteca derretida. Poner  harina, azúcar, royal, ralladura&lt;br /&gt;de limón  y canela en  un bols, entreverar  bien. Batir bien  los 5 huevos.&lt;br /&gt;Enmantecar una fuente de vidrio para horno, cubrir con una  capa de los ingredientes secos. Luego&lt;br /&gt;una  capa  de  las  rodajas  de  manzana.  Seguir  as¡  hasta  terminar los&lt;br /&gt;ingredientes. Por último agregar arriba  los huevos y la leche. Agregarle el azúcar y batir. Se añaden las  yemas una a una. Se tamizan juntos la harina y el  polvo de hornear y se añaden a la  preparación anterior alternando con la leche. Cuando este sellada, agregarle 1 cda. de harina disuelta en un vaso de vino blanco. Agregar luego 2 ctas. de sal, pimienta, jugo de 3 limones, 2 dientes de ajo picados, laurel y clavo de olor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Aparte, en una sarten derretir 1/4 taza de manteca, donde se rehogaran 2 zanahorias cortadas chicas y 1 cebolla cortada en rodajas. (La receta original es con 6 cebollas, pero me parece una exageración).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Cuando esta cocida la zanahoria, agregar esta preparación a la primera. Cuando esta todo unido agregar 4 tomates picados. Tapar y cocinar 10 minutos más. Unir todo sin  trabajar demasiado la&lt;br /&gt;masa. Hacer un bollo tierno, dejar descansar la masa 20m en la heladera.&lt;br /&gt;           Estirar  y   forrar  una  tartera  de   26cm  de  diámetro,&lt;br /&gt;enmantecada y enharinada. Cubrir con el fiambre en juliana, el queso, luego&lt;br /&gt;los tomates sin semillas en rodajas  finitas.
